You can bring somebody with you if they are 18+, however they will need to wait in the waiting area until your treatment is complete due to laws and regulations.

Unfortunately nobody under the age of 18 can attend the Clinic at all. 

You must be atleast 18 years of age with valid ID to undergo treatments in our clinic including dermal fillers. 

There is always parking on the road right by the entrance gate at all times.

Non refundable booking reservation deposits must be paid to secure the appointment, this can be paid via cash or transfer and then on the day of treatment the deposit will be deducted from the total and the remaining can either be paid in cash, via bank transfer or using contactless card reader.

We would always advise if you can then ideally wait 48 hours after fine line treatments and dermal filler treatments, and with microneedling and more intensive facial treatments we would advise waiting atleast 72 hours after treatment before applying makeup to the impacted areas. 

We are a home based clinic in Rushmere St Andrew, Ipswich. 

We understand life can be a little unpredictable and your availability may change, we ask that atleast 72 hours notice be given if you are wanting to reschedule or cancel your appointment, deposits are non refundable if any less than 72 hours notice is given.
