Terms and Conditions

Information

All patients are required to confirm contact and relevant details such as Full Name, email address, DOB, and telephone number in order to secure an appointment 

All patients will be required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to the first appointment which will then be held on file, All information held will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation. This information will not be shared with third parties. This is necessary to complete prior to a consultation or any treatments undertaken within our clinic. 

You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.


New Patient & Consultations

We offer complimentary consultations to Patients prior to booking treatments should this be desired. 

We do encourage patients to ask any and all questions as during the consultation to ensure full understanding regarding the benefits and risks of the treatment you are enquiring in order for you to make an informed decision.


No Anti-aging / fine line treatments can be conducted without a face to face consultation first taking place per the laws and regulations that came into place in 2025. 


Children and Company

We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18, ID must be available at your first appointment if you are receiving treatment. 

Please do not bring children to the clinic.
Children will not be allowed to accompany you even in the waiting area, if you do bring an adult with you they will not be able to be present in the treatment room however they may wait in the waiting area until your treatment is complete 


Payment

Treatments require a £50-£100 (depending on the treatment cost) non-refundable booking deposit, payable on booking. This is deductible against the total treatment cost.

The clinic accepts cash, bank transfers and major debit or credit cards.

You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment discussed and agreed, including any maintenance treatments. 

The remainder of the Payment after deposit deduction is taken in full at the time of treatment.


Refunds

When signing the treatment consent form and booking online it is highlighted that once treatment has begun the patient will be liable to pay the full cost of the treatment - refunds are not available under any circumstance. 

Patients also understand the deposit taken to secure the booking slot is nonrefundable if appointment is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice. 

Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service which is inclusive of:

  • Consultation and assessment
  • Information and advice
  • Guideline approved treatments
  • Follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support

Although we guarantee to deliver an excellent service which is honest, ethical, and to guideline requirements. 

We cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.


Treatment Appointments

We require a £50-£100 non-refundable deposit to secure all treatment booking slots. 

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide as much notice as possible. We do require a minimum of 72 hours notice to ensure your deposit is not forfeited.

If you do cancel your appointment with more than 72 hours notice your non-refundable deposit will remain on your account for 12 months where you can apply it to any treatments of your choice. 

If you are undergoing a course of treatments as part of a package, and fail to attend or do not provide 72 hours' notice of cancellation or requirement to reschedule, the treatment will be forfeited. 

Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure whether this applies to you then please call and discuss prior to attending the clinic.

Certain treatments cannot be carried out if you are unwell, including when you have a cold, a local skin infection, or cold sores. Pre-care instructions will be emailed to you at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to read these instructions carefully and ensure that you have no contraindications. Failure to review the pre-care guidance may result in the treatment being unsuitable, and your deposit will be non-refundable.

Routine review appointments following anti-aging / fine line treatments are offered as a courtesy. If you are unable to attend the review appointment within 2–3 weeks of your initial treatment, no additional treatment or “top-up” will be provided once this review period has passed.

Complaints

Illuminance Aesthetics aims to treat all patients and attendees of the clinic with care, compassion and fairness, if you feel for any reason these expectations have not been met and you have a concern you’d like to express regarding a treatment received, please do reach out to us in person, via email or telephone. 

Return and Refund Policy
